Grown in the Willamette Valley: Reserve, Unfiltered, Dry Farmed, Unfined
Seductive, silky and polished, with hints of black cherry, expresso and clove. Balanced undertones of mineral character on the finish. Destemmed, whole berry fermented in one-ton open-top bins, hand punched. Aged in neutral French oak barrels, preserving the fruit with minimal winemaker intervention. Crafted in small lots.
